We hired Scott and his team to complete a loft conversion and first floor extension at our property. Scott quoted a fair price and kept to this price throughout the project. Scott's immediate team were all very polite, helpful and respectful, not only to us but our neighbours too. The team were happy to fix all the last bits before sign off. The project ran slightly over time but this was mainly due to the difficulty in coordinating with the contractors who did the tiling. Overall we are happy with the end result and we would be happy to recommend Lambarde Construction to other people.
